When The Darjeeling Limited came out, Wes Anderson created a short flick to go along with it that acted as a sort of prologue to help add more context to the emotions Jason Schwartzman's character is feeling when we first meet him in the full feature.
With Moonrise Kingdom, Anderson has done it again -- and this time, the short flick he's created to accompany the feature is not only animated, but it's also tied to the motivations of one of our main characters, Suzy (Kara Hayward).
In the film, 12-year-old Suzy runs away with her pen-pal lover, Sam (Jared Gilman), and instead of packing a suitcase full of clothes, she instead packs a suitcase full of storybooks.
