Following up a brief clip and still images revealed via the official site a couple months ago, today we get our best look yet at Ang Lee's adaptation of Yann Martell's novel Life of Pi with a new trailer. Early footage screened at CinemaCon this year had folks buzzing about the eye-popping visuals and that's without the benefit of 3D.
Indeed, one look at this trailer and you can get the sense that this is one of those flicks where the 3D technology could be an added bonus. The story follows a teenager and zookeeper's son named Pi Patel who, after a devastating shipwreck, is left drifting across the sea on a life boat with a Bengal tiger named Richard Parker.
