Disney has been pouring out buckets and buckets of marketing money to make sure every person on the planet knows about The Avengers.

It seems a little redundant to us, considering a flick featuring Iron Man, Captain America, Thor and The Hulk kind of markets itself, because if you're not already interested in seeing that movie, no amount of tie-in products is going to change that. The silver lining here is that there's already been so many Avengers promos, now that we're two weeks away from the big US release, ad companies are needing to get creative with their campaigns.

For example, Target hired the ad agency Wieden + Kennedy to recreate Avengers iconography using products sold at the superstore.
