Pixar shining image suffered a bit of a tarnish with the lackluster Cars 2.

We'll have to wait an see if Brave can restore the animation studio to its former glory.

But even if Brave stumbles, fear not Pixar fans! The studio has announced three new projects for you to look forward to, though you'll have to look waaaayyyy into the future for them.

The first project, formerly known as The Untitled Pixar Movie About Dinosaurs has been renamed the much more marketable, The Good Dinosaur.

The project will be directed by Up writer and co-producer Bob Peterson and will present an alternate reality in which the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs missed Earth completely.

The flick is slated to arrive in theaters May 30, 2014.
