Annette Charles, best known for her role as Cha Cha in 'Grease,' passed away last night in her home in Los Angeles due to complications from cancer.

According to Access Hollywood, Annette's mother, Mary Cardona, said that her daughter died after being hospitalized for approximately a month.

We all remember the legendary dance scene where Cha Cha comes up and steals the show.
