The voice cast and plot for Cloudy 2: Revenge of the Leftovers, the sequel to the 2009 flick Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, has been announced. The original cast members, Bill Hader (inventor Flint Lockwood), Anna Faris (weather girl Sam Sparks), James Caan (Flint's father), Andy Samburg ("Baby" Brent), Neil Patrick Harris (Steve the Monkey) and Benjamin Bratt (Sam's cameraman, Manny) are all returning. New cast additions include Kristen Schaal (The Daily Show) as Barb as a "super-Steve, an orangutan with a human brain inside her monkey brain," and Barb's owner and a world-famous super-inventor Chester V voiced by Will Forte. Terry Crews takes over for Mr. T to voice the town cop Earl.
